Monsam Portable Sinks Warranty


At Monsam, we stand by our products and aim to provide the best service and support to our customers. We strive to be a trusted company by delivering reliable products and unrivaled customer service. We rigorously test our products before they are shipped and regularly perform quality assurance audits. We hope you never experience a problem with our products. MONSAM warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material or workmanship when delivered, carefully unpacked, and properly used.  

Monsam provides a one-year limited warranty that is valid as of the purchase date of the product. If there’s a problem with the Monsam portable sink you received, we want to know about it and we want to fix it with speed, accuracy, and respect. 

The one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.  The warranty excludes:

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear
  • Apparent defects caused by abusive or abnormal use of the product
  • Failures resulting from inadequate inspection and maintenance
  • Product alterations or modifications that were not approved or authorized by the manufacturer
  • Products used for rental purposes
  • Products that are not owned by the original purchaser
  • Products that have been resold via online marketplaces (i.e. Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
  • Repeated repairs or replacement parts
  • Products located outside of the United States or Canada
