Please call us at 1-800-513-8562 If any of the following apply

• You are ordering a sink that will be shipping to a residential address
• Your total shipment is 150 pounds or more
• You need the sink to arrive within two or three days
• Your shipping address is located outside the U.S.
• Your shipping address in located in HI, AK, Puerto Rico or U. S. Virgin Islands

ALL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE:

• Payment must be in US dollars only. Orders will not be shipped until full payment or government purchase order is received. Financing is available.
• Truck freight charges apply. Shipping defaults to a preset amount on our shopping cart, although actual freight charges may be different. You will be notified of freight cost before your sink is shipped.
• Return units will not be accepted without previous authorization, within seven days from the delivery date, and are subject to 25% restocking fee and freight charges.

INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY:

• It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery. You must check for damage and you must check that you are receiving the exact item you ordered.
• When you sign the Delivery Receipt, a legal document, you are accepting the delivery in good condition and you have received what you ordered.
• DO NOT ASSUME – CHECK YOUR DELIVERY
• If it is damaged, refuse it. If you accept it, it’s yours!
