Shipping Information

All Monsam portable sinks and cabinet products are carefully packed and secured on pallet. Our tailored packaging ensures the safety of the unit during shipping.

Standard lead time for all products is approximately 2-3 weeks plus transit time. Rush shipping is available based on customer deadline for an additional fee. Call us at 1-800-513-8562 or email sales@portablesink.com if you need your order expedited OR if any of the following apply.

  • You are ordering a unit that needs to be shipped to a residential address
  • You are including two (2) or more units in one order
  • You need you unit to arrive within two or three business days
  • Your shipping address is located in Canada or anywhere else outside the U.S.
  • Your shipping address in located in HI, AK, Puerto Rico or U. S. Virgin Islands

All delivery dates stated in advance of actual product shipment date are approximate dates and are estimated in good faith to the best of our ability, not guarantees of such dates. We are not responsible and shall not be liable for any delays in shipment of delivery of products or for loss or damages resulting from any delays in delivery or delayed pick-ups of any products. Risk of loss shall pass to you upon shipment or pickup of products, as applicable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We shall not be liable for any transportation or service charges incurred at destination.

ALL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please DO NOT discard the shipping box or packing materials until you have setup and used your unit for seven or more days after delivery.
  • Payment must be in U.S. dollars only. Orders will not be shipped until full payment or government purchase order is received. Financing options are available.
  • Truck freight charges apply. Shipping defaults to a preset amount in your online shopping cart, although actual freight charges may be different. You will be notified of freight cost before your unit is shipped.
  • The shipping company will contact you before attempting to deliver your product(s).
  • If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for any additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.

Return Policy for Standard Units

We are proud of our products and strive to deliver the highest quality products and best service to our customers. If for any reason you would like to return your standard unit (does not include custom units or clearance units), you may reach out to customerservice@portablesink.com to request a return authorization within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return:

  • a receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.
  • the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • the item must be packed and shipped in its original packaging on a pallet.

Refunds for returns without prior authorization will not be processed.

  • Please DO NOT discard the shipping box or packing materials until you have setup and used your unit for seven or more days after delivery.
  • If the packaging has been opened, then a full view picture of all four (4) sides of the product need to be provided so we can assess its condition and return eligibility.
  • Returns of standard units are subject to a non-refundable return shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Returned units will not be accepted without previous authorization, within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
  • For portable sink returns, the unit must be placed in its original packaging, since our portable sinks require specific packaging designs to ensure their safety during shipping. Item(s) must be:
    • in brand-new condition
    • unused, no parts missing
    • packed in original packaging on a pallet

Return Policy for Custom Designed Units

CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund. Custom units are built to the customers specifications and cannot be returned. They are covered by our standard one-year limited warranty.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom units
  • Items with obvious signs of use

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of order confirmation from Monsam Enterprises to be eligible for a full refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to customerservice@portablesink.com, and must be confirmed by a Monsam representative. If an order is canceled more than 24 hours after the order was placed then it may be subject to a restocking fee.

General Delivery Information

INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY:

  • Your sink order will be packed securely and strapped to a pallet (skid). Some models will also have plastic wrap and bubble wrap around the cardboard packaging. 
  • If your sink order does not arrive at your location with cardboard packaging, please call us immediately at 800-513-8562.
  • If the shipment’s packaging arrives with significant damages, please notate this on your delivery receipt. 
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inspect all goods upon delivery by a carrier or at our factory (if you pick it up). You must check for damage and you must check that you are receiving the exact item you ordered.
  • When you sign the Delivery Receipt, a legal document, you are accepting the delivery in good condition and you have received what you ordered.
  • You must notify us in writing of any claim for defects, shortages, or nonconformance within seven (7) days after receipt of such goods. If you retain the product(s) after their delivery without giving such timely notice, such failure shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods by you.
  • DO NOT ASSUME – INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY. If it is damaged, refuse it. If you accept it, it’s yours!

General Product Information

Monsam Enterprises reserves the right to discontinue products at any time or to change specifications and/or design without notice.

Monsam Enterprises shall not be responsible for small variations between photos and the actual product:

  • The actual product may vary slightly, without notice, from the product shown in images.
  • The actual product colors, may vary slightly from the colors shown on the customer’s computer monitor and/or on printed representations, or what appears online.

Warranty

We provide a one (1) year limited warranty on our workmanship effective from the date and time of your purchase. This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This limited warranty extends only to the original customer and does not cover normal wear and tear.
