Support FAQ

  1. Check the unit to ensure no damages were incurred during shipping 
  2. Read the instruction manual located inside the cabinet.
  3. Allow at least 30 minutes for heater to warm up. Simply leave on the internal switch and wait. Do not run water.
  1. Check the electric power cord connection to the wall.
  2. Make sure the switch inside the cabinet is in the ON position.
  3. Unplug the pump.
  4. Check the GFCI outlet box:
    • Push the lower reset button on the outlet. 
    • Push the top reset button on the switch.
  5. Plug the pump back in.
  6. Turn on the faucet
  1. Confirm the water heater cord is connected to the switchboard inside the cabinet 
  2. Check the heater switch is in the ON position

Air may have entered the tubing system. Check to see that the fresh water tank is sufficiently filled. If still experiencing the issue:

  1. Turn OFF GFCI outlet switch and open faucet(s).
  2. Remove fresh water tank from cabinet and remove tubing line from tank.
  3. Remove blue clips from the cap and elbow fittings (Fig. 14). If no clips, skip this step.
  4. One at a time, remove tube from fitting by pressing in the inner ring on fitting surrounding the tube.
  5. Push tube back into fitting until it clicks. Confirm that all tubes are COMPLETELY pushed in.
  6. Re-insert blue clips to ensure tubing is sealed. Place straightened water line back into filled fresh water tank. 
  7. Turn ON GFCI outlet switch.
  8. Once the water starts to run, place blue clips back in place to ensure sealed tubing.
  9. The water should pump like normal.
  10. For optimal results, perform steps at least 3-4 times.

Maintenance Tips

  1. Clean the unit regularly (We recommend cleaning weekly)
  2. Keep sink strainer free from debris and obstacles.
  3. Clean faucet aerator to remove any debris
  4. Empty the waste water tank at end of each day or when the water level reaches 2/3 of the tank
  5. Clean the surrounding countertop and cabinet with an all-purpose cleaner.
  6. To clean tanks:
    • Add 4 ounces of household bleach OR 1 cup of white vinegar for every 1 gallon of clean water to each tank.
    • Shake vigorously and let set for 10 minutes.
    • Empty tanks and refill with fresh water, shake the tanks to rinse and then empty. Repeat as needed to ensure complete removal of cleaning residue from tanks.
  7. To sanitize the tubing:
    • Add 4 ounces of household bleach OR 1 cup of white vinegar for every 1 gallon of water to each tank and let the entire tank run through the system. 
    • To rinse, fill the tank with fresh water ONLY and let the entire tank of water run through the system. Repeat as needed to ensure complete removal of household cleaner residue.

Safety Tips

  1. Always TURN OFF the electric switch inside the cabinet at the end of the day and open the faucet to release air.
  2. AVOID FREEZING TEMPERATURES and DO NOT store the portable sink in temperatures below 45°F.
  3. If the unit will remain unused for a prolonged period, then TURN OFF the electrical switch, unplug from the wall outlet, and leave the faucet in the ON position. This will ensure optimal performance of the product’s electrical components.
  4. Keep the floor surrounding the sink clean and dry to prevent any potential injuries.
  5. Keep the fresh water tank filled to a sufficient level, we recommend at least 1/2 full.
  6. Only use fresh, clean water in the fresh water tank. Avoid using Hard water or water with heavy mineral content, as it can cause excessive scale build-up in the water heater and water pump, which may result in malfunction,
